True to her name, Flower is a delicate and lovely young cat who is quietly coming into her own. A gray-and-white tabby with soft features and a petite frame, Flower is currently available for adoption through the Marblehead Animal Shelter and is hoping to find a calm, patient home where she can truly flourish.
Estimated to be between 1 and 3 years old, Flower is just beyond kittenhood. She is playful and curious, with a sweet, affectionate nature that reveals itself once she feels safe and secure. Shelter staff describe her as a cat who enjoys companionship but prefers to take things at her own pace.
Flower has shown that she gets along well with other cats and enjoys time outside of her suite interacting with feline friends. While she isn’t quite ready to be held for long periods, she is gradually growing more accustomed to being picked up and handled. Once settled into a stable home environment, staff believe she will blossom into an active cat, happily running and playing throughout the house.
Because of her sensitive and shy nature, Flower would do best in a quiet home without children, ideally with an adopter who understands the value of patience and gentle encouragement. Her compatibility with dogs and other animals is currently unknown.
Flower is fully house-trained, spayed, and vaccinated, making her ready for a smooth transition into her forever home. For the right person, she offers the chance to form a deeply rewarding bond built on trust, kindness, and time.
Flower is available for adoption through the Marblehead Animal Shelter. Those interested in meeting this sweet young cat are encouraged to complete an adoption application at marblehead-animal-shelter.org.
