Protect personal information at “MarbleShred”: Marblehead Bank’s bi-annual, free community shredding event. Hosted at Marblehead Bank at 21 Atlantic Ave. May 3 from 9 a.m.-noon, community members can safely destroy old documents that could put their identities at risk.
Shred-It Document Shredding will be there to shred all papers securely on the premises and recycle them afterward at its facility. This is an opportunity for people to clean out their homes and protect their privacy.
Additionally, a food drive will be held by the bank to support the Marblehead Food Pantry. Make a difference in someone’s life by contributing to Marblehead Bank’s bi-annual food drive.
During the shredding event, donations of non-perishable foods, paper goods and toiletries can be made, and Marblehead Bank will also be accepting cash or check donations.
The event will be held rain or shine.
