On Nov. 4, Meredith Bolden, a Marblehead local, was promoted to Clinical Director at Recovery Centers of America at Danvers (RCA). Bolden has been involved with the RCA since February 2020.
According to the RCA website, its leadership team is “comprised of world-class leaders with many years of experience and expertise in their respective fields.”
Bolden’s experience comes from being a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts. She also recently earned a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certificate.
According to a press release, Bolden “will provide an innovative, evidence-based approach to addiction treatment.”
According to the release, Bolden will be providing oversight of the facility’s Clinical Department. She will also manage the hiring, supervision, and evaluation of staff.
“I’m excited to take on this new challenging role at Recovery Centers of America at Danvers,” Bolden said. “I look forward to continue working with the staff at RCA to provide our patients with the high-quality treatment and support that they deserve while beginning to recover from addiction.”
Chief Executive Officer at RAC Danvers, Eli Naparstek, said, “Meredith was the natural choice for this role. Having served as both a clinical supervisor and assistant director, she understands how to support the staff she is now leading and the needs of our patients.”
