ROUNDUP: Boys, girls hockey teams victorious

January 15, 2025 by Joey Barrett

It was a good week for Marblehead hockey fans with both the boys and girls varsity teams picking up wins. The boys put on a show to reel in the Gloucester Fishermen, 6-0, behind Kyle Hart’s goal and three assists. Will Sullivan added two more goals for the defending champions, followed by Hayden Gallo (goal, assist), Crew Monaco (goal), Teddy Dulac (goal), James Mackenzie (2 assists), and London McDonald (assist). Leo Burdge played well between the pipes. On the girls’ side, they took down Gloucester, 3-1, for an upset victory. Paige Waldman was on fire, scoring a pair, while Madi Reno scored the third goal to propel the Lady Headers.
