Thursday, Feb. 9

7 a.m. – 2 p.m. Fitness center

8:45 a.m. Weight training

9 a.m. “drop in” knitting

9:30 a.m. Yoga

10 a.m. Quilting, osteoporosis prevention, zipper bag class

11 a.m. Blood pressure, line dancing, strength and stretch

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Grab and go lunch

Noon Canasta

1 – 2 p.m. Walk the gym

1 – 2:45 p.m. Curling/chair volleyball
