Thursday, June 20, 5:30 – 7 p.m.: Heritage Friend Event with Marblehead Museum

This inaugural event will be hosted by Marblehead Museum at the Jeremiah Lee Mansion starting at 5:30 p.m. on June 20. Hear about the exciting projects in progress at the Museum while enjoying access to the grounds and an open house of the first floor of the Jeremiah Lee Mansion. Light refreshments will be provided. This event is open to Essex Heritage members free of charge but registration will be required. Non-member registration is $5 per person. The Jeremiah Lee Mansion is located at 161 Washington St.

Friday, June 21, 6 – 8 p.m.: Dual Art Exhibits Opening Reception

Join Peyton Pugmire and Marcy Gunther on Friday, June 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at MacRae’s Sustainable Goods for the opening reception of their shared art exhibit. Stop in to say hello, shop their creations, shop MacRae’s, meet new friends, and sip bubby or non-alcoholic beverages. The exhibit runs through July 19. Location: MacRae’s, 108 Washington St.

Saturday, June 22, 1 – 4 p.m.: Community Wellness Day

Marblehead Counseling Center presents Community Wellness Day on Saturday, June 22, 1 to 4 p.m. Join them to celebrate 55+ years at their first Community Wellness Day event. They have a terrific free afternoon planned for the whole family – including relevant wellness and wellbeing vendors, activities for the young & young-at-heart and, of course, treats. Located at Hobbs Playground, 57 Clifton Ave.

Saturday, June 22, 2 – 6 p.m.: Bags, Beer, and BBQ Tournament

Get your team together and show Marbleheaders you’re the best bags players in town!

Tickets are $50 for each player. All players will receive three tickets good for food or beer and a free Bags Tournament towel. Tickets are $25 for spectators. Spectators will receive two tickets good for food or beer.

This event will feature beer from Bent Water Brewing Company and hot dogs and hamburgers fresh off the barbeque. All proceeds will support the operations of the Marblehead Museum. The Jeremiah Lee Mansion is located at 161 Washington St.

June 23, 2 – 4 p.m.: Summer Exhibits Opening Reception

Join the Marblehead Arts Association for the opening reception of their annual Summer Member Show and meet the artists behind the artwork. Located at 8 Hooper St.
