Book lovers rejoice! The Friends of Abbot Public Library will host their annual Fall Book Sale on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Event Center of the Abbot Public Library, located at 235 Pleasant Street, Marblehead. This popular event provides the perfect opportunity to “fall into reading” with a great selection of gently used books at unbeatable prices.
Whether you’re looking for your next favorite novel, a cookbook, or a children’s book, the Fall Book Sale promises something for every type of reader. Best of all, every purchase helps support the library’s programs and services, such as museum passes, the Library of Things, and more. Shoppers can find great reads while giving back to their community.
“The Fall Book Sale is one of our favorite events of the year,” said a representative from the Friends of Abbot Public Library. “It’s a chance for the community to come together, find some fantastic books, and support all the great work the library does.”
The event will be held indoors at the library’s Event Center, rain or shine. Don’t miss this chance to add to your personal collection while making a positive impact on the local library. For more information, visit the Abbot Public Library website or contact the library at (781) 631-1481.
