Stylish yet simple to make, wow your friends with these beautiful herringbone weave earrings and beaded hoop earrings., In this class with Eos Designs Studio, participants will learn how to weave with wire and beads using simple wire work tools.
Restorative Series: Sacral Chakra
3:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Join yoga instructor and Reiki Master Teacher Gurdeep Bhogal for an afternoon of restorative yoga and energy work. The class will focus on the sacral chakra (svadhisthana) which is associated with sensuality and creativity. Class begins with a mudra and mantra to set the intention in motion. Restorative postures will be supported with props to move your body into nervous-system relaxing poses. Gurdeep will use Reiki to balance, align, activate, and nourish the Svadhisthana and supports accessing depth of feeling, an innate knowledge of your desires and needs, as well as your soul’s natural creative longing.
