Join us in welcoming Milewski to the library to host weekly drop-in tech help every Tuesday from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Please take a moment to review our Tech Help Guidelines. In addition to the linked document, please review these important points:

For your safety, tech helpers cannot input passwords, credit card or financial information, or private identifying info such as social security numbers. If your task requires this, please be prepared to enter this information into your device or website yourself.

If you’ll need help that requires login, please know or bring your passwords with you. If you don’t have your passwords, tech helpers can help reset them.

Theresa Milewski, your Marblehead computer tutor, helps people of all ages navigate their devices. Owner of All Computers Great and Small, Milewski is a patient computer tutor with 30+ years of experience with tech.
