The Housing Production Plan Implementation Committee met for approximately five minutes Tuesday. The committee did not have a quorum, so the meeting was not called to order.
The committee did quickly discuss committee-member openings and replacements. There is an at-large vacancy, which the Select Board will announce and seek applicants for, and two Housing Authority representatives are also needed. The positions that were filled are Select Board representative, which was filled by Dan Fox; and Planning Board representative, which was filled by Bob Schaeffner. The town planner has also just been hired and will start sometime in August.
Due to overlap in discussions regarding the MBTA 3A zoning requirements, the Fair Housing Committee and HPP Implementation Committee would like to hold a joint meeting. That meeting is scheduled to take place Tuesday, Aug. 13 at 3:30 p.m.
