On Monday, May 8 at 6:00 pm, Abbot Public Library will host Robin Putnam from the Office of Consumer Affairs & Business Regulation in Boston, who will present a monthly series on teaching safe practices for consumers. Putnam will discuss the topic of skimming devices and how to identify and protect yourself against these devices which can create credit card fraud.
