There’s just something about the third week of January.
As I write this column, I’m staring out at snow-covered streets through my window, admiring the beaming white coating and also maybe looking past the brown slush that has developed on more well-trodden areas. It’s winter after all, and we have to stick to the bright side.
With snow on the ground, seemingly for the long haul this time (unlike the last storm, which seemed to have been washed away immediately), I stumbled upon a photo of a Marbleheader fresh off digging his home out of a pile of snow, and figured it would be a good way to ring in the season.
And, as someone who took a nice spill Tuesday morning while digging my car out, I could probably do to take some notes.
