The Landing Restaurant will host a Landing Charity Dinner to benefit Friends of Marblehead’s Abandoned Animals (FOMAA) on Tuesday, March 28. The event, taking place in the function room of the restaurant on Front Street, will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
FOMAA is a no-kill community animal shelter run by volunteers who take in and care for animals in the community who have been surrendered or found.
“Donations from supporters are crucial to the work we do each day,” said FOMAA volunteer Sue MacInnis in a statement. The restaurant will donate a generous portion of the night’s food and beverage proceeds to the organization.
The charity dinner will feature a silent auction including a variety of items. Proceeds from the auction will also benefit FOMAA.
