Rachael Albert put on a show in the shot put.
“She won the shot for the girls, finally hitting 30 feet on her first throw (30 even) and then PRing again on her second with 31-2, more than a foot-and-a-half improvement from her previous best six weeks ago,” Raimo said.
In the long jump, and according to Raimo, Alex Hersey “leapt out of his shoes to a mark of 22-4” to win the event.
Thomas Carlson (6.65) and Ava Machado (7.47) both impressed in the 55m, while in the 55m hurdles, Hersey ran away from the field in a new personal best of 8.01. Tredwell won her 55m hurdles with a 9.20.

Gabby Hendy and Isaias Aguasvivas Pena won the 300m, while in the 1,000m, “Henrik Adams (1st, 2:54.24, 3-second best) had the best race of his track career against one of the faster guys in the NEC (Northeastern Conference),” as said by Herlihy.
