At its annual awards ceremony on June 1, Marblehead Dollars for Scholars honored fifteen high school seniors with scholarships totaling $52,000 dollars. Over the summer, the local nonprofit organization will award an additional $156,000 to rising college sophomores, juniors, and seniors, who must reapply for their scholarships each year.

Members of the MHS Class of 2025 and the endowed scholarships they received in parenthesis include, front row (left to right): Justin Gonzalez (Capt. Richard W. Bridgeo), Tucker Crane (Twin Towers Memorial), Cole Goodwin (Deborah and Thomas McNulty), Roberto O’Neal (Francis W. Swain, Marblehead Rotary Club), Abagail Goodwin (Judy and Gene Jacobi), and Madison Smith-Miller (Pam S. Lane).

Back row (left to right): Camden Harvey (Bradley C. Sheridan), Sean Heenan (Ralph Carlton), Jacob Hershfield (Bradley C. Sheridan), James Pulido (F. Reed Cutting), Marin Tiffany (Harvey A. Remis), Campbell Crane (Edward D. Carey), and Aria Hoover (Harold & Elizabeth Shattuck).
