Although the scoreline shows the Lady Headers didn’t win the game last Thursday, they won off the ice. The game had more than one meaning as “Hockey Fights Cancer” was a successful fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. With support from parents, friends, and others, more than $2,000 was raised.
