To the editor:
Thank you to the Marblehead League of Women Voters for organizing and hosting Wednesday’s forum with the Marblehead School Committee. We appreciate the work League members did in securing an outside moderator for the forum and in soliciting, collecting, and culling questions from the public. Thank you as well to Elizabeth Foster-Nolan for moderating the forum. To the hundreds of Marbleheaders who submitted questions for the event, attended in person, and watched from home, thank you for your civic engagement. Finally, thank you to the School Committee for making time to participate in what we hope was the first of many opportunities for the community to voice concerns and ask questions of our elected officials.
