To the editor:
This year, I’m proud to support Terri Tauro for Marblehead Town Clerk in the June 2025 local elections. Terri is not just a lifelong Marbleheader — she’s a dedicated public servant who brings real experience, compassion, and forward-thinking ideas to everything she does.
Terri’s work as Department Administrator for the Harbormaster has shown her commitment to making local government more effective and user-friendly. Terri has modernized office systems, responded quickly to resident concerns, and worked tirelessly to solve problems as they arise. As President of the Municipal Employees Union, Terri has stood up for fair treatment and safe conditions for all town employees, always with a focus on listening and taking action. Terri never hesitates to stand up for what is right and to fight for the little guy, which is why she is much loved and respected by all who know her.
What sets Terri apart is her relentless focus on accessibility and engagement. Terri believes everyone in Marblehead deserves to have their voice heard — at the ballot box, at Town Meeting, and in every civic process. If elected, Terri will make the Town Clerk’s office more open, communicative, and connected, making it easier than ever for residents to stay informed and get involved.
Terri is a trusted friend and someone I know to be fair, principled, and hardworking. Marblehead would be fortunate to have Terri as Town Clerk. Please join me in voting for Terri Tauro this June.
Sincerely,
Anne Stevenson
