The Marblehead Chamber of Commerce recently released a statement announcing its scholarship and encouraging graduating seniors to apply.
The one-time award of $1,250 will be presented to two students interested in entering the business or commerce industry.
The statement said that the awards will be handed to applicants based on their GPA, a personal statement or essay describing their educational career and life goals, and appropriate letters of recommendation.
To apply for this scholarship, students can use the Marblehead High School General Scholarship Application Form and submit all required documents via email to katherine@maarbleheadchamber.org. The subject line of the email should read “Marblehead Chamber of Commerce Scholarship.”
This application is due by April 7, 2024, and the winners will be informed by the end of the month.
