April 3, 2024 by For The Weekly News

The Marblehead Museum will host the 1st annual Colonial Craft Fair in the Jeremiah Lee Mansion Gardens on Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The fair will feature skilled artisans and historical reenactors from across New England, who will demonstrate crafts from 300 years ago.

Visitors can learn how shoes were made from a master shoemaker, try their hand at copperplate printing, watch a cook prepare colonial dishes, and more. The artisans’ wares will be on sale inside the Jeremiah Lee Mansion (please note that no food or drink will be sold).

Tickets for the fair can be purchased at the door. Tickets for Museum members are $10 per person or $25 per family, and tickets for the public are $15 per person or $40 per family. Children ages 3 and under are free.
