This past Saturday, the town of Marblehead celebrated its fifth annual LGBTQ+ Pride Flag Raising Ceremony at the Abbot Hall Lawn.
The brief ceremony was presented by a grassroots committee of local volunteers and the Town of Marblehead.
Members of the Marblehead LGBTQ+ community, along with town officials, clergy, and youth, gathered to speak about the meaning of Pride.
During the ceremony, donations for North Shore Pride and North Shore Alliance for LGBTQ+ Youth were accepted.
