Recovery Centers of America, providing an innovative, evidence-based approach to addiction treatment, has named Marblehead resident Eli Naparstek as chief executive officer of its Danvers facility.
Naparstek has spent his entire career in the mental-health and recovery field and has served in multiple leadership roles since joining RCA in December 2016. As CEO of Recovery Centers of America at Danvers, Naparstek will be responsible for driving positive patient outcomes while delivering the highest level of services and quality of care that is responsive to patients’ needs.
“I’m honored to be promoted to the role of CEO at the Recovery Centers of America facility in Danvers,” Naparstek said. “I have the advantage of knowing the incredible team we have in place and look forward to building on the life changing service that RCA provides while we continue to lead the industry with an innovative holistic approach.”
Prior to assuming the role of CEO, Naparstek served as executive director, director of admissions, and director of utilization. Previously, he held clinical positions at Tufts Public Health Plan, Arbor HRI Hospital, McLean Hospital, and others.
“Eli was a natural choice for this role due to his skillset and his wealth of institutional knowledge,” RCA CEO Brett Cohen said. “He has a proven track record of leading the team at Recovery Centers of America at Danvers, which is why he has been promoted several times over the last several years. I’m confident he will continue to be instrumental in helping us provide superior addiction treatment, delivered by a team of expert professionals, in the comfort of world-class local facilities so patients can build a foundation for lasting recovery close to home.”
Naparstek earned a Master of Science degree in mental health counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Hartford.
