Under the general supervision of the Technical Services Supervisor, performs all duties related to the position, including ordering all materials, creating new records in the shared NOBLE online catalog, and performing initial cataloging for some of the materials after they arrive. Additionally, covers circulation duties at various public service desks. Works relatively independently, consulting supervisor as necessary.

Specialized Heavy Equipment Operator
Under the direction of the Crew Leader HEO and Lead HEO. Operates wide variety of special heavy equipment engaged in the operations of the Transfer Station and Disposal Area. This position requires the ability to assist residents and address, correct, and report issues and incidents that may occur. This position requires the ability to assist commercial customers and address, correct and report issues and incidents that may occur. This position requires the ability to recognize and manage safety issues that may arise and correct any such issues in a timely manner. Keeps records of work performed and inspects work for adherence to standards.
