Marblehead’s Miles O’Neill, one of the top quarterbacks in Magicians’ history, made some more noise this past week.
The right-handed gunslinger was named the New Jersey Gatorade Player of the Year for his performance under center at The Hun School in Princeton.
Committing to college earlier this year, O’Neill takes his talents to Texas A&M next fall. The 2024 commit took a moment to thank those around him on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Thank you to my coaches, family and friends for the support over the past four years,” he said. “Can’t wait to get to work.”
As a junior at Marblehead, O’Neill completed 152 of 210 passes for 2,181 yards and 23 touchdowns for the 8-2 Magicians.
