Stephen T. Rayne, 47, of Norwood was arrested on Saturday at 1:02 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle after police responded with emergency medical personnel to Beacon Street and Bradlee Road after receiving a report of suspicious activity.
