Friday, Jan. 13

Suspicion

Police on Friday at 1:02 a.m. responded to a report of suspicious activity on Nonantum Road.

Chase

Police on Friday at 2 p.m. (modified to 2:04 p.m.) logged a vehicle pursuit following a driver’s failure to stop at West Shore Drive and Waterside Road with four responding units listed as responding in the dispatch log. The driver received two citations.

Complaint 

Police responded on Friday at 2:17 p.m. to a complaint report on Broughton Road.

Enforcement

Police on Friday at 2:20 p.m. gave a Pleasant Street driver a verbal warning; at 6:49 p.m., a verbal warning was issued to a driver at

Found

Police on Friday at 4:20 p.m. received a report of a passport found on Elm Street.

Kids being kids

Police on Friday at 5:38 p.m. received a report of kids popping wheelies on Lafayette Street but did not locate the culprits.

Arrest

Jarrod Langton, 22, of 16 Pitman Road, was arrested on a Marblehead warrant on Friday at 6:05 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 14

Not A Drag

Police could not locate a Humphrey Street drag racer reported on Saturday at 11:52 a.m.

Lost/Found

Police on Saturday at 12:51 p.m. assisted with a lost/found property reported on Pleasant Street.

Enforcement

Police on Saturday at 6:55 p.m. issued a citation to a driver at Broughton Road and Humphrey Street; at 7:37  p.m., investigated a “past hit” on Atlantic Avenue; at 9:27 p.m., issued a verbal warning to a driver at Pleasant Street and Devereux Street.

Assist

Police on Saturday at 10:54 p.m. (subsequently Washington Street at 11:09 p.m.) rendered protective custody services to an intoxicated woman on State Street; at 10:59 p.m., assisted the Fire Department and emergency medical personnel with a lift assist on Gregory Street.

Tuesday, Jan. 17

Crash

Police responded on Tuesday at 7:23 a.m. investigated a motor vehicle crash reported at Pleasant Street and Lafayette Street.

Enforcement

Police on Tuesday at 9:54 a.m. issued a verbal warning to a driver at Pitman Road and Campbell Way; at 8:31 p.m. issued a verbal warning to a driver at Ocean Avenue and Atlantic Avenue.

Found

Police on Tuesday at 12:42 p.m. received a report of a license found on Atlantic Avenue.

C’mon

Police on Tuesday at 1:29 p.m. assisted with “escort/transport” at School Street and Pleasant Street.

Huh?

Police on Tuesday at 1:48 p.m. rendered services for “employee comp. dunks” on Pleasant Street.

Gone

Police on Tuesday at 4:01 p.m. removed hazard at Mohawk Road and Pleasant Street.
