Monday, Aug. 19
Larceny/Forgery/Fraud
A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 11:50 a.m. Monday on Lehman Road. Services rendered by Officer Adam Mastrangelo and he made the following report. Upon arrival he met the victim who explained that they received an email from Apple indicating that someone had purchased an IPad using their information. The person who the IPad is being shipped to an address in Springfield, MA. The victim canceled the order and was informed that they should contact their credit agencies also. This case has been forwarded to CID.
Suspicious Activity
A report of suspicious activity at 8:01 p.m. Monday in the vicinity of Baldwin Road. Officer Tyler Bates made a report that he was dispatched to the area for an abandoned
hookah set and arrived and located an Ager Hookah set. He took possession of the hookah
set and transported it back to the station and placed the hookah set in property locker #586.
Sgt. Brady was notified of this property for destruction.
Tuesday, Aug. 20
Motor Vehicle Crash
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday on the corner of Brookhouse Drive and Tedesco Street. Services rendered by Officer Adam Mastrangelo. The report states that vehicle 1 was heading outbound on Tedesco St. and vehicle 2 was attempting to enter Tedesco St. from Leggs Hill Rd. The operator of vehicle 2 states that they did not see vehicle 1 coming until it was too late. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1.
