7 a.m. – 2 p.m. Fitness center

8:45 a.m. Weight training

9 a.m. “Drop in” knitting

9:30 a.m. Yoga

10 a.m. Quilting, osteoporosis prevention

11 a.m. Blood pressure, line dancing, strength and stretch

11 a.m. Chair yoga

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Grab and go lunch

Noon Canasta

1 – 2 p.m. Walk the gym

1 p.m. Tai Chi/Qigong

1 – 2:45 p.m. Curling

Friday, March 17

8 a.m. Step it Up

8:30 a.m. Coffee with a cop

9 a.m. Muscle conditioning

Noon St. Patrick’s Day luncheon at the Masons (doors open at 11:30 a.m.)
