Back by popular demand, the September Soiree will take place on Saturday, Sept. 9 at the Lee Mansion Gardens.
Hosted by the Marblehead Museum and Discover Marblehead, the end-of-summer event will run from 6 to 10 p.m. The outdoor soiree will have a speakeasy ambiance and will kick off with the Rubin Brothers jazz duo, along with specialty 1920s-themed cocktails, a full bar and delicious food. As the sun sets, the Johnny Ray Band will perform as guests dance in the lower garden. Festive 1920s-themed attire is encouraged. Attendees can take photos in the photo booth and receive prizes from the balloon pop.
There are two ticket types available. The $125 ticket includes heavy stationary and passed appetizers, one free drink, both musical acts and desserts, while the $50 ticket provides access starting at 8 p.m. for live music and dancing with the Johnny Ray Band, dessert and a cash bar.
A portion of each ticket price will be tax deductible. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit marbleheadmuseum.org or call 781-631-1768.
