Gillis brings more than three decades of experience in senior care management and a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents. He holds a Master of Social Work and a Master’s in Counseling and Psychiatric Services from Salem State College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts. His career includes leadership roles such as president and chief operating officer at Blupoint Healthcare, vice president of operations at Bane Care Management, and executive director positions at various assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities.
Gillis has deep ties to the community, residing in Marblehead with his family. His familiarity with the area and its residents positions him well to foster a close-knit environment at The Mariner Marblehead.
