Friday, Aug. 8

Friday Night Films – Mamma Mia

7 p.m.

Marblehead Little Theatre presents Mamma Mia as part of its Friday Night Films series. Each screening includes an introduction by film critic Marc Wortman. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12, available at the door (cash or Venmo). Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Bring your own snacks or enjoy concessions before the show.

Full Moon Yoga

7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Experience the magic of Full Moon Yoga in the tranquil gardens of the historic Jeremiah Lee Mansion. This outdoor class, hosted by The Yoga Loft, aligns with sunset and explores the astrological influence of the full moon. Held at 161 Washington Street, Marblehead.

Saturday, Aug. 9

Marblehead Farmers’ Market

9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Every Saturday through November 22, the market offers local produce, handmade goods, and more at Veterans Middle School.

Public Reception – Along the Coast: Oil Paintings by Linda Lea Bertrand

2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Join Abbot Public Library for a reception celebrating the opening of “Along the Coast,” an exhibit featuring oil paintings by Linda Lea Bertrand. The exhibit runs from August 4 to September 12.

Lois Lane & The Daily Planets

9 p.m.

Catch live music at The Beacon with Lois Lane & The Daily Planets. Show starts at 9 p.m. at 123 Pleasant St., Marblehead.

Sunday, Aug. 10

Solo Shows Opening Reception

2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Marblehead Arts Association welcomes guests to the opening of its Solo Shows. The reception runs from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and the exhibits will be on display through September 21.

Hayley Reardon & Heather Maloney

7 p.m.

Homegrown House Concerts hosts this intimate evening of music, featuring a blend of individual songs and the debut of 6-8 new co-written pieces inspired by Celtic mythology. This show marks the beginning of a new collaboration destined for album and stage. Donations required to reserve a spot.

Monday, Aug. 12

MHD Cruise-In, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Car lovers unite at Devereux Beach parking lot for this monthly event showcasing all makes and models. Held along Marblehead’s scenic waterfront.

Tuesday, Aug. 13

The Oyster Affair, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Shubie’s hosts its first #ShubiesSocialClub event with live oyster shucking, a curated wine list, and a small bites menu by Chef Kate. Enjoy the patio vibes and make it a night to remember. This is a ticketed event—secure your spot online.
