Rustic Leather & Bead Bracelet

4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Learn how to make a leather and bead multi-strand bracelet using a button closure with Eos Designs Studio on Thursday, 3/27/25 from 4-6 p.m. $26 + materials.

Marblehead Museum Annual Meeting

6:30 p.m.

The Marblehead Museum Board will update members on current activities and future plans for the Jeremiah Lee Brick Kitchen Project. At 7pm, Associate Director, Jarrett Zeman, will present a talk on Marblehead in the silent movie era. In person or on Zoom.

Virtual Event: Madeline Miller Talk

6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Join Abbot Public Library virtually for a talk with award-winning, bestselling author Madeline Miller! Miller will be discussing her novel “Circe,” a dazzling retelling of the myth of Circe told from her perspective. Registration is required to attend via Zoom.

Halfway Rock

Head out to The Landing Restaurant for LIVE Music in the Pub with Halfway Rock on Thursday, March 27th – music starts at 7pm! 81 Front St, Marblehead.

Friday, March 28

Love Letter to Marblehead Opening Reception

4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Join JB Orenstein Photography for the Opening Reception of Love Letters to Marblehead on Friday, March 28th from 4:00pm – 7:00pm at Willie Shaker Gallery. 10% of sales to benefit local non-profits – Making Ends Meet and Marblehead Counseling Center. Show runs from March 28th – April 15th.

Paint Night at Lighthouse Fitness (SOLD OUT)

6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Enjoy an evening tapping into your creative side! Local artist, Angela Dixey, will lead us in an acrylic painting project. There will be light appetizers and you can BYOB. Event is on March 28th from 6pm – 8pm.

Kumihimo Bracelet with Sliding Knot

10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Kumihimo is an ancient Japanese braiding technique employed to make rope ties for Kimonos. Jewelers have adapted this technique to make beautiful cord or beaded ropes in many styles. In this class, Eos Designs Studio will show you how to complete a round 8 strand beaded rope bracelet with a tie slide knot closure. This is a popular class so sign up early! $36.00 + materials.

Beading Retreat

9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Join Eos Designs Studio for an immersive Full-Day Beading Getaway, the ultimate experience for jewelry makers of all skill levels! Hosted at their newly redesigned bead shop, this exclusive event offers access to our fully-equipped studio with a wide range of beading tools and materials. Ideal for the beader who wants an  uninterrupted day of beading and to be inspired by other participants. Enjoy inspiring beading demos throughout the day, plus a delicious coffee and muffin breakfast and a catered lunch to keep you energized. Perfect for anyone looking to connect and create! Participants are expected to bring projects that they are working on. While this is not a class, we will be on hand to offer guidance as well as providing demos throughout the day. Book your spot today for a day of relaxation, learning, and artistic expression at Eos Designs.”  Space is limited to 8 participants. Cost $45 for the day .
