The Select Board appoints residents to more than 30 boards, committees, and commissions in the Town.The Board accepts letters of interest regardless of a vacancy and will keep such letters on file. The Board will notify you if a vacancy occurs during the year. We strongly encourage anyone interested in applying for a position on a board/committee/commission to attend a regularly scheduled meeting of that board/committee/commission and to reach out to the Chair of that board/committee/commission to gain further insight and a better understanding of the committee’s purview, scope, and what the time expectations may be.
