(Classes include Yoga, Cycle, Strength, Sweat, Stretch, CycleSculpt, CardioWeight and Stand-Up Paddle
BACKSTORY: I’m the youngest of nine. We were encouraged to do fitness at an early age due to our family health history.
I started professionally at age 21. I eat, sleep and breathe for my workouts…
LISTENING: (music-home-car) I listen to music all the time and to all kinds of music. I teach 3 year olds to 103 year olds.
So it’s everything from Wiggles to Rap to Classic. (Don’t love rap but I keep playing it!)
I actually make playlists everyday.
WATCHING: You name it- anything that keeps me going! The Diplomat (Netflix), Shrinking (Apple)…I like
shows that are written well.
READING: ( or Audible) Always Audible…Loved:The Things We Cannot Say/Kelly Rimmer, and
The Giver of the Stars/Jojo Moyes,The Nightingale/Kristin Hannah, and
actually any of Kristin Hannah’s books.
SOMETHING PEOPLE MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAREER:
When I was 13 I was on a gymnastic team that did an exhibition for the JCC.
I did 12 backhand springs into a back tuck! And I work at the JCC today!
WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT MARBLEHEAD: Oh, I love the beauty of it – I’m an outdoor person, and I love taking my walks. And it’s always nice to have
this network of friends through community and classes. They feed me as much as I feed them.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO CHANGE ABOUT MARBLEHEAD?: How difficult it is to get to places with the traffic…but that’s the beauty of it!
